Available from ACMOS, the Waxilit series of lubricants are designed to minimize friction anywhere wood slides over the metal, wood, or plastic surfaces of production woodworking machinery, especially those with automatic and manual bed lubrication systems, such as moulders and planers. A silicone-free product, it also provides protection for both the surface of the machine as well as the wood from any unwanted etches or from becoming rough and unusable, is easy to use and does not leave any greasy residue.

Dodds' single-spindle CNC dovetailer Model SE-1-25AF features independent pneumatic clamping and a 3-HP high-frequency spindle and 25-in. capacity. The machine produces standard English dovetails on the 1- and 2-in. centerline while cutting both the mortise and tenon at the same time. Using the touchscreen, the operator can enter part dimensions, cut speed, scoring options, and customize fits.
Castaly offers two models of CNC dovetail machines with pre-programmed dovetails. Model CNC-600NC includes modules for: English dovetail joints with all the same fixed length’s dovetail and pitch, French blind dovetails and threading dovetail joints with rectangular instead of round fingers. Model CNC-700NC has 3 extra modules: alter English one dovetail joints with all the same lengths dovetail by different/variable pitch, alter English two dovetail joints with different lengths dovetail and different pitch, and parallel indent straight cut (beehive type) finger joints.
Paul Saws' C 14III cross-cut saw is a 3rd generation re-designed model that comes with increased feed speed and cutting stroke, the company says. The saw is equipped with kick-out and gap close technology. The Paul Woodscanner can be added to automatically identify defects.
The ROBA Fusion 22 from MB Machinery has been redesigned to quickly tackle random part sizes and features a fixed left and high-speed servo magnet motor positioned right milling unit carrier. On the infeed conveyor belt, the cabinet door width is determined by means of two lasers and the right-hand milling units move to the required position. Edge contours are processed by two or four cutters. Two 11KW HSK63 spindles per machining side, cutting climb and conventional, are loaded by a changer with 12 tools. A jump control of the spindles ensures tear-free milling of the door corners in the end grain area, the company adds.
